nostalgic, nostalgic, nostalgic
I loved the cozy, 60s vibe of my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds-it felt like home! The convenience of being a stone's throw from the west entrance made every day easy and quick to start exploring the park. Oh, and can we talk about the endless hot chocolate and snacks? Total lifesaver after a long day adventuring!
strongly recommend 💖🏞️

The location of this lodge is fantastic, just a short drive to the Yellowstone park entrance. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome during my stay. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast options, which included yogurt, cereals, and muffins to kick off each day. The hot tub was a nice addition to relax after a day of exploring. However, the facility needs significant upgrades. the hallways had stained carpets and the pool looked dirty with hair floating in it. My room had some quirks, like a loud air conditioning unit that kept me up at night and thin walls that let in lots of noise from neighbors. There were also no cups or glasses in the room, which was inconvenient for late-night drinks. The bed felt outdated and uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good sleep. Overall, the lodge had nice amenities, but significant maintenance and cleanliness issues took away from the experience.

It was just a fitting option for a short visit in West Yellowstone with extraordinarily good value for money. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries in baskets, which was a nice touch. Try to get a room away from the lobby for a quieter night.
