The comfort of the rooms; the proximity to the park; the location in West Yellowstone itself. The breakfast was good.
Difficult to access the internet, though it was provided. Tv didn't work so they had to move us to another room. The pool was cold.
Update an expand the breakfast
I have to say the website was false advertising. The room pictures were not the same. the pool was way smaller and the towels were even smaller! The "belgium waffle" breakfast claimed by the website was not accurate. And they couldn't even have anything healthy like fruit available? Our bottom sheet keep coming off because it was too small and was not very comfortable sleeping on the mattress pad! Basically i was not very happy with the price of the room for the overall quality of the place. i would not stay there again.
The location was perfect for us, easy entrance to the park. Close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the staff, especially at the continental breakfast. They were too perfect for words.
Close to the village and park entrance.
We were on the very HOT third floor. The dining area was always too crowded and the breakfast was "so-so" at best.
crowed breakfast room Wi Fi did not work in room, but did in hallway , pathetic
They stuck it too us for price but did finally give us AARP discount upon arrival.
Well situated. Absolutely standard 2* motel accommodation. Clean. Don't bother with the breakfast.
About twice the price of what it's worth anywhere else but around Yellowstone.
Location was great. Room was nice and large. Having two sinks is very convienient. There was always enough parking with access close to a door.
Shower head was terrible. Door to bathroom should open out into the room, for better access in the bathroom. The TV was disappointing - picture was fuzzy - no movie options.
The room was spacious, and we had a very nice view.
Coffee maker in room had not been cleaned. Other signs of housekeeping issues.
Breakfast was awful. Rooms were old and outdated. Carpets were old and dirty. Sheets, blankets and bed spreads were old and worn. They need to be updated and replaced. The hotel appears to be run as cheaply as possible. One example was the coffee served at breakfast was so weak, I thought it was tea. There are so many little things they could do to make it a better experience (like better, stronger coffee) I don't have room to mention them.
Convenience and rate
Breakfast; prefer some hot
Loved the privacy of the rustic little cabins. Great family getaway!
Construction noise. But we understand that can't be helped. There's such a short season for major maintenance.
Only 5 minutes away from west entrance of Yellowstone park. Hotel easy to find and in the middle of town.
We were on the second floor and the people above us were loud walkers and slammed doors.
